SpacePlant AI:
Clip Studio

SpacePlant AI is a local-first creator and planning app for Android. Your selected media and private workspace content are not uploaded to a SpacePlant processing server.

Effective August 21, 2026 · Package com.clipcontroller.android
No SpacePlant accountThe current app does not require registration or sign-in.
Local creator processingSelected media, transcripts, visual evidence, clip decisions, and project artifacts remain on your device.
Consent-gated advertisingGoogle Mobile Ads is requested only when Google's consent system reports that ads may be requested.

Data you choose to process

Depending on the feature you use, the app can process user-selected video and audio, timestamped transcripts, sampled video frames, visible text, clip-review decisions, exported media, event plans, travel and study notes, golf records, fitness information, financial planning inputs, voice requests, and memories you explicitly approve. This content is stored in app-private device storage or in an export location you choose. SpacePlant does not receive this content on its own servers in the current release.

Creator artifact library

When you explicitly choose a video or folder, the app can generate a source-bound local artifact containing timing, transcript or no-speech status, sampled-frame evidence, and integrity receipts. Matching artifacts may be reused so the phone does not repeat the same expensive analysis. Folder access is permission-scoped. The app does not silently scan every video on your device, and a changed or mismatched source is not treated as verified reusable evidence.

Health Connect

If you open the fitness workspace and grant Android's permission, the app can read steps, calories burned, heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep, hydration, and nutrition records from Health Connect to provide local activity, recovery, and planning context. Health data is not written to the product-event ledger, used for ad targeting, sold, or sent to SpacePlant servers. You can revoke each permission in Android or Health Connect settings.

Microphone, speech, and optional private servers

Microphone permission supports voice input. The app requests offline recognition from the Android speech service, but the installed speech provider controls whether recognition is available offline and its own data handling. The app also includes an optional diagnostic that contacts a PersonaPlex WebSocket server address you enter; the address is stored locally and the current diagnostic verifies a protocol handshake rather than sending creator media. Do not enter credentials in that address. These flows do not send audio or transcript content to a SpacePlant server.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on consent, region, device settings, and ad availability, Google and its partners may collect and share an IP address used to estimate general location, product interactions, diagnostic data, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Google encrypts this SDK data in transit. The app provides a privacy-options entry point when Google makes one available. SpacePlant does not use health records, media, transcripts, filenames, precise clip ranges, finance inputs, or companion memories to target ads.

Product analytics

The current release keeps a bounded product-event ledger locally on the device. It records content-free signals such as studio opens, coarse duration buckets, processing outcomes, export counts, return days, and advertising callbacks. It excludes media, transcript or caption text, prompts, filenames, content URIs, exact clip timecodes, contacts, health facts, finance values, precise location, and memory text. Cloud aggregation is disabled in the current release. You can inspect, export, or clear this local ledger from the app.

Sharing, retention, and deletion

Files leave the app only when you choose an Android export or share action, connect to a server you specify, or when the advertising SDK operates as described above. Local records remain until you delete them with an available in-app control, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Creator analysis can be forgotten without deleting the original source media or completed exports. Files already exported outside app-private storage must be deleted from their destination separately. Android backup or device-transfer settings may retain eligible non-Creator workspace state; Creator analysis, Creator exports, and the local product-event ledger are excluded from app backup rules.

Children and safety boundaries

SpacePlant AI is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. Fitness and finance workspaces provide planning support from information the user enters or permits; they do not diagnose disease, replace professional medical care, execute financial transactions, or provide tax, legal, investment, or lending services.

Contact and policy changes

Privacy and support questions can be sent to garbarzjacob@gmail.com. Include the app version and device model, but do not send private media, transcripts, health records, financial details, or other sensitive content. If a future release adds a SpacePlant account, cloud inference, cloud analytics, purchases, or new sharing behavior, this policy and the matching Play declarations will be updated before that behavior is enabled.
